A special folder containing facsimiles of the autographs of Wyspiański's Veni Creator Spiritus and proof-sheets of an unpublished edition of this work. This extremely interesting material presents various stages in the translation/paraphrase of the well-known Latin hymn. The reader may follow the way in which this hymn developed, through its subsequent versions, and examine in detail the consecutive changes Wyspiański made in what seemed to be "final" versions. We might just as well have entitled this print "Veni Creator" in statu nascendi.
