A facsimile edition of a single hand-written page with the music and the lyrics of a monument of the Polish culture from the beginning of the 17th century which is extremely interesting from the point of view of literary studies and musicology. The research material is bilingual: Polish and English; it includes transcipts of the lyrics and the music as well as a commentary.
